A very respectful group of senior VCAL students, Miss Silvester and Mr Taylor visited the Yarram & Historical Society recently to gain information about the region’s forestry industry, the locals who were sent off to the great wars, and our districts farming history. The valuable knowledge gained will be used to aid the subject matter of the upcoming mural they will paint with Argentinian artist Lautaro Musse, fellas from Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place, and Miss Silvester. Students were given a most informative tour by Mr Bill Bodman. Thanks must go to Mr Taylor and Mr Pedlow for driving the bus, and to Miss Silvester who was only too happy to stop off at the bakery on the way back to school.
