Last Friday the school promoted the National Day against Bullying and Violence with a bbq. SRC and VCAL students cooked the bbq handed out wrist bands and gave people the opportunity to write a note of kindness to be handed to a staff or student of the college.
The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence (NDA) is Australia’s key bullying prevention initiative which celebrated 12 years of action, connecting schools and communities to find workable solutions to prevent bullying.
The theme for 2022 was Kindness Culture. By building Kindness Culture together, we can promote inclusion, respect and community belonging for all students in schools across Australia.
