Students arrived in Bairnsdale at the Keeping Place where they investigated relationships with the Gippsland area expressed by the Gunai Kurnai communities before and after European colonisation.
Students then traveled to Eagle Point where they participated in a sea kayaking skills session and prepared for their overnight adventure beginning Thursday morning.
Weather has been magical, the class couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water.
