17 students from YSC participated in the Interschool Clay Target competition in Bairnsdale yesterday. There were 163 students competing from 9 schools. Our students should be congratulated for the following results
- Jianna Trotta 2nd in Junior Girls
- Chloe Barlow 3rd in Senior Girls
- Bobby Jane Collins 4th in Senior Girls
- Nate Lucas 3rd in Senior Boys
Jianna and Nate had tied with other students and had to go to a shoot off to gain their places. This is particularly stressful when you have other competitors, teachers, parents and club members watching you!
All our students were commended on their excellent behaviour. Well done to Eva and John Hirt who do such an amazing job with our shooters.
