Reducing Waste

Recently, Yarram Secondary College received containers and table-top compost bins through the partnership between OXO and OzHarvest, as part of our involvement in the FEAST (Food Education and Sustainability Training) program with our Year 8 Food Studies classes. These resources support students to develop practical cooking skills, reduce food waste, and learn sustainable practices such as composting. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to sustainability and supports schools to deliver hands-on learning experiences that promote healthier habits and environmental responsibility.
