Our Year 8 students have been getting creative in Science as part of their unit on sound energy. Their task was to design and construct a musical instrument using recycled materials, putting both their scientific understanding and imagination to the test. Students produced everything from maracas and drum kits to air guitars and even a working xylophone. A brilliant mix of science and creativity from our talented Year 8’s.
