Yesterday Mr Dows had his mullet cut and beard and moustache removed all in the name of charity. Mr Dows raised almost $1500 for a worthwhile charity, FareShare. FareShare is based in Melbourne, and rescues surplus, quality food and cooks free, nutritious meals for those in need. The food comes from supermarkets, farmers and other businesses that would otherwise goes to waste. This also helps keep food out of landfill and avoid greenhouse pollution.
