To celebrate Book Week 2025, “Book an Adverture” The school is holding lots of things this week to celebrate. Today was kicked off with a costume parade at lunchtime and a scavenger hunt.
Winners of the Costume parade were: Ryley as Harry Potter, Emma and Gemma as Thing 1 and Thing 2 and Ms Silvester as the Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly. There was some wonderful costumes including dinosaurs, assassins and Winnie the Pooh with staff taking the prizes as, The Fat Controller, Woody, Cruella deVil, Peter Pan, The Old Lady who Swallowd a Fly, The Frog Prince and Wally? The winners of the scavenger hunt were Olivia and Rani. Tomorrow there will be a Trivia competition, with bookmarks being colored for a world record attempt, A debate on Wednesday “Should we always seek adventure, even when it’s risky?” Thursday, Write a story with Mrs Tschugguel, and Friday- Design a book cover with McMiller.
