Slimey Science

8B science have been studying Chemical Reactions and Wednesday 28th August they made Sherbet and investigated the sour (Acid + Base) taste of some common cooking ingredients.  Today 29th we looked at the liquid / solid properties of Slime.

Why not ask an 8B students what made the sherbet fizz on your tongue and/or why does slime shatter sometimes and stretch other  times?
