Future Master-Chefs?

On Thursday 19th July, Year 10 Food and Technology students chopped, boiled and baked their way through a 2-course meal assessment task.

The assessment involved the following: each student was employed by a ‘client’ to create a 2-course meal based on their client’s budget, likes, dislikes and dietary requirements.

The meals are then judged based on aroma, appearance, taste, texture and how well the chef has met the requirements of their client.

A big thanks goes to all of the Parents, Teachers and Students who were willing to become ‘clients’ for the class; Food and Technology would also like to thank the Year 10 Food and Technology class for their effort and accomplishment in completing the challenge.
