HAVE YOU DONE YOUR 60 MINUTES ?

Did you know that it is a national activity guideline that adolescents should participate in at least 60 MINUTES of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity EVERY DAY?

These 60 minutes of physical activity are not just something you should let go over the top of your head, it’s very important for your overall health and wellbeing.
